This summer 39 police forces across England and Wales carried out 1962 drug swipe test on drivers of these 1108 proved positive 56.5 per cent . Whist 36675 drivers were breathalysed  with just over 10% failing the test, with Hereford being the worst city for convictions for drink or drug driving offence.
